Technical Commercial Service Employee

You love fulfilling your potential for your clients, but also for yourself. You want to be able to develop yourself and thus help move the organisation forward. At the head office of Pas Reform in Zeddam, you will have every opportunity to do so. From here, we serve clients all over the world and support the local service engineers with the sales of support services and parts.

FULL-TIME · ZEDDAM, THE NETHERLANDS

What will you be doing?

Your work is multifaceted. You know our clients and what they need. Clients regard you as a fully-fledged discussion partner. From the sales office, you answer all their commercial and technical questions. Questions relating to spare parts, upgrades and equipment and its use in the hatchery, for example. You draw up quotes, find the right parts, produce customised service contracts and spare parts packages and follow up all orders. Do you see new possibilities to improve processes, raise the services to a higher level or professionalise the department? We give you the scope you need!

What do you contribute?

You enjoy using your technical and commercial skills to exceed your clients' expectations. You have excellent communication skills and can handle stressful situations. You speak and write English fluently as well as another foreign language if possible (preferably Spanish). Besides your personal competencies, you have completed a technical MBO+ (intermediate vocational) education as well as commercial training or experience.

What can Pas Reform offer you?

We are a leading organisation. With our 100 years' experience, we occupy a prominent position on the world map. We continue to grow and offer you the scope to contribute and further develop yourself and your position. Despite our size, every employee counts.

For our terms and conditions of employment, we apply the Collective Labour Agreement for the Metal and Electrical sector (Metalektro), which we supplement with our own company regulations.
